I live in Denver Colorado's San Rafael Historic District, which is bounded by Washington, Downing, 20th, and 26th streets, near where the Children's Hospital was before it moved out to Aurora.  Recently the city council approved an OD-9 overlay district which basically ensures that new buildings will not ruin the character of the neighborhood by limiting the size of the buildings and ensuring there will be enough parking.

Although the neighborhood organization has left me several notices about all this, I must confess that I had little to do with this passing.  I really should participate more in things like this, but seem to always be too busy out dancing or working on my various websites etc. to find time for it. Embarassed

At this time I will just say "thanks" to those who worked to put this through and leave it at that!
